Franchise conditions 1. Dealers must set up "Yulin" stores, and other brands of wooden doors, wooden windows, stairs, integrated household products, etc. are not allowed to be placed or distributed in the store. 2. Store Area Requirements: The primary market (provincial capitals, municipalities directly under the central government and key coastal cities) Yulin store covers an area of 200 square meters; The secondary market (prefecture-level city) Yulin store covers an area of 150 square meters; The tertiary market (county-level city) Yulin store covers an area of 100 square meters. 3. Store VI must be made in full accordance with the requirements of Yulin Wood Industry Corporation, and shall not be changed without authorization. 4. The store decoration plan is formulated by the Yulin Wood Decoration Engineering Department, and the dealer shall not change the decoration plan without authorization. 5. For those who have been engaged in high-end wood products, such as wooden doors, cabinets, custom wardrobes and flooring industries, the company will give priority when choosing distributors. 6. Dealers shall not operate wood products that have a direct market conflict with Yulin products while operating Yulin's products. 7. Dealers who have obtained the distribution right of one of Yulin's series of products have the priority right to operate another series of products. 8. According to the dealer city level, pay the corresponding operating deposit.
